Can deliveries be made outside the mainland UK & Northern Ireland?
Yes. We can deliver to all areas outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, and all EU countries, please contact us for a delivery price. We are also able to source worldwide and suggest that you source the filling locally to keep delivery costs to a minimum.

How will my order be delivered?
Your order will reach you within 7-10 working days and will be delivered by our courier company. Full delivery details will be forwarded to you with your order confirmation. However, if you have any queries or delivery questions please do not hesitate to call us.

What is your returns policy?
In the event that you wish to return goods under our 7-day money back guarantee please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. A refund (less the full delivery charge) will be credited to you once you have returned the goods to us. Please note that any discounted delivery charges do not apply on returns and the return delivery charge will be charged in full. A refund is also conditional on our receiving the returned item in re-saleable condition within 28 days of the date of dispatch.

Please note that any "one-off" orders for goods made to your specific requirements and measurements cannot be returned and no refund will be given.
