One Genuinely Useful Piece of Advice for Pregnant Women

My goodness are there ever a lot of things to buy when you become pregnant, and everyone seems to have a recommendation. Like where to buy clothes, and what vitamins to take, and what not to eat, and which shoes are the most comfortable, and on and on. But, I can vouch for the fact that the maternity pillow and pregnancy bean bag were great recommendations, unlike the Crocs. Since it was my first pregnancy I was nervous and paid attention to all kinds of advice, all of varying degrees of accuracy. I guess I really should have known that what my sister in law spoke would be right on the money, because she has given birth 4 times. She was the one who said pick up a maternity pillow or pregnancy bean bag. She even sent me the link for the Beans Beans site where they sell pregnancy bean bags at reasonable prices. Now, if she would just take some tips on how to control her 4 kids we would all be grateful.
