Last November my sister purchased a leather bean bag as a birthday gift for her boyfriend, and I became enamoured with it. She had it tied up with a big red bow that still left room for me to lounge upon it at will until his official day of birth came around. This winter, my leather bean bag and I bonded. After coming down with a dreadful case of the flu, all I wanted to do was to be comfortably propped in front of my television without any disturbances. When my seven year old told me that he had written to Santa Claus and asked for a leather bean bag as a gift this Christmas for me, I was deeply touched. For the longest time, I thought the leather bean bag was the greatest addition to the guys only area in my home. But alas, I have obtained a Slouch Pod that exceeds my expectations for a chair. I guess when they claimed it was the next generation of interactive gaming chairs they actually meant it.
Personally, I think they should rename the seat because it is no slouch, if you know what I mean. The Slouch Pod has a supportive high back that contains a built in audio system. The backrest contains 2 speakers, and there is a Powerful Bass Box under the seat to really enhance the media experience. This is not to say that there is no place in my home, and heart, for my leather bean chair. That seat has been relocated to the family area, where my wife has declared it all her own.
